REFUND POLICY
1.1 We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless an event is cancelled.
1.2 Refunds for cancelled events (without a rescheduled date) will be processed automatically you do not need to contact us to request.
1.3 If an event is postponed, ticket holders will be offered tickets for the rescheduled event up to the face value of the tickets purchased.
1.4 If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event they will be given a refund.
1.5 Ticket Exchanges for rescheduled events, whereby you cannot attend the rescheduled date must be requested within 7 days of the rescheduling email being sent, or before the rescheduled event takes place (whichever is sooner). If you are aware of a rescheduled event, but did not receive an email, please contact us immediately.
1.6 The promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the programme of an event without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets
1.7 We cannot accept any refund or exchange requests outside of the periods stated above
1.8 Other fees such as Booking Fees, Handling/Postage fees, Charity Donations and Ticket Refund Protection are non-refundable.
1.9 Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser to the original card/account used for the purchase
2. Refunds that are given for the above reasons, under exceptional circumstances or on advice from Her Majesty’s Government will be made as soon as possible within 90 days post the date of the cancelled or rescheduled event.
